Shipping & Returns – Score Store Wholesale

Wholesale Returns Policy

Score Store Wholesale offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible wholesale orders. Return requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
  • Be in its original, undamaged packaging with all original labels and tags intact.
  • Include a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

Please note: Only eligible products purchased under standard wholesale terms are accepted for return. Custom, made-to-order, or discounted bulk items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return authorization, contact us at 📧 info@scorestore.ae with the following:

  • Your business name and order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product(s) and packaging

Return Address: [INSERT RETURN WAREHOUSE ADDRESS]
(Returns sent without approval or outside of policy will not be accepted.)

If your request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with shipping instructions. Returns without an RA will be rejected.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect all deliveries upon receipt. If any product is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective or non-functional
  • Incorrect or short-shipped

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email 📧 info@scorestore.ae with clear photos and a description of the issue. Late claims may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Wholesale Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Custom-manufactured, branded, or personalized items
  • Items marked final sale or clearance
  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Perishables, hazardous materials, or restricted goods

Wholesale Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for wholesale orders. If you require a different product or variant, please follow the return process for the original item (if eligible), and place a new wholesale order separately.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card processor to reflect the refund.
  • Shipping fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, contact us at 📧 info@scorestore.ae.

EU Wholesale Customers – Cooling-Off Period

If your business is based in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, even without specific reason, provided the goods remain unused and in original packaging. This only applies if the purchase was not custom, urgent, or discounted under specific contract terms.
